As well as the star-studded Main Stage at the GO Diving Show – where you can catch Steve Backshall, Andy Torbet, Miranda Krestovnikoff and Monty Halls – there are also three other stages, the Tech Stage, the Photography Stage and the Inspiration Stage. Let’s look at the Photography Stage first…
The Photography Stage (Sponsored by Scuba Travel)
Whether you are contemplating buying a camera, fire away with a point-and-shoot, or are already fairly competent with an underwater camera system, our eclectic band of speakers are sure to be talking about something to capture your attention.
On Saturday we have Mario Vitalini, Anne and Phil Medcalf, Richard Smith, Jason Brown, Stuart Philpott, Adam Hanlon and Paul Duxfield, talking about subjects as wide ranging as macro and wide-angle photography to shooting wrecks, working with models, and how escorted trips can aid your UWP game.
On Sunday we have Byron Conroy, Jeremy Cuff, David Diley, Martyn Guess, Jane Morgan, Saeed Rashid and Roisin Maddison, discussing topics as diverse as behind the scenes on a magazine shoot and filming a commercial in a cyclone, to getting to grips with camera settings, and diving off the grid.
